How Does The Pet Protector ™ Work?

Mainstream quantitative science has not yet come to a single idea of how scalar frequencies actually effect animals on a cellular level. But this is one plausible explanation: Electromagnetic energies and charges can be carried around the body by oxygenated hemoglobin (Red Blood Cells). It is known that oxygenated blood has a magnetic polarity. The origins of the Body Electric

In the 1920s Linus Pauling first pointed out that at the heart of the covalent hydrogen bond is resonance (frequencies). Since the hydrogen bond is an integral part of water molecules, enzymes, DNA, all food substances, etc., it follows that if restorative energy affects this bond it will be able to influence every part of the body.
